Zurich Life Insurance
Navigation & understanding
We addressed user pain points related to comprehension and navigation by simplifying the design, redesigning the navigation bar and information architecture, and incorporating visual cues to enhance clarity and ease of use.
Sales
One of our main objectives was to boost life insurance sales. Along with enhancing the design, we introduced features like a personalised quote and comparison tool and integrated a chatbot to assist users with any questions
Transport NSW
Personalisation
Through research, we identified personalisation as a high-value feature. We redesigned the homepage to create a tailored experience for each user, factoring in their location, travel history, and current weather conditions
Safety
Travel safety has been a long-standing challenge for NSW. To address this, we designed a 'buddy travel' feature, enabling women to find and message a travel companion directly through the app. Additionally, we introduced a function that allows users to report safety concerns within the app, enhancing overall security for all users.
Active Trip Function
The existing active trip feature was outdated and lacked interactivity and live updates. I revamped it to provide real-time updates on delays, suggested alternative routes, and estimated arrival times, significantly enhancing the user experience.
Woolworths Christmas Helper
In collaboration with the Woolworths marketing team, we identified a key opportunity to boost brand affinity and sales by addressing the stress and financial strain often associated with Christmas. To alleviate these challenges, we devised a strategic solution: the introduction of a Christmas food registry.
This innovative concept allows customers to effortlessly create their shopping lists, either manually or by scanning items, and then delegate the purchase of these items to their guests. By distributing the responsibility of buying festive foods, our approach simplifies holiday planning and enhances the overall enjoyment of the season for Australians
